In this modern era, transportation modes have increased. A lot of people use cars or motorcycles for moving from one place to another. However, some people believe that the government should raise the minimum legal age for driving and riding. I necessary agree with the statement.

First, increasing the minimum legal age will reduce the number of drivers and riders. Concequently, it will reduce the number of vehicles on the street, hence lowering the possibility of congestion. This will help people become more punctual when attending the workplace since traffic jam will be lower. This might directly impact the coorporates productivity and might improve the economy.

Secondly, juvenile is mentally immature. A lot of psychological studies indicate that adolescents have unstable mental capacity, hence they might behave recklessly on the street. It might cause traffic accident that can be dangerous for people using the streets. For example, a lot of young people ride their motorcycle in high speed and they are not using the helmet. This behavior can be dangerous for another people and their own selves.

However, some people beliefs that there are another way to overcome this problem. One of them mentioning that age and driving behavior is not related significantly. From my point of view, when planing about risk-management people should take every small factors into consideration. These statement might not impact significantly, but we can reduce the stake by implementing the solutions.

In conclusion, increasing the minimum legal age will be beneficial for society. Juvenile is still not responsible enough to operate vehicles.
