Some people think that women are capable to do any job that adhere to their qualifications including police work, however it is argued that it is not right to allow them to become a police officer. I believe every woman has a chance to pursue any career that ignite their passion whether it could be a police job or other field.
In contrast to the traditional belief that women should only stay at home, Nowadays, they are becoming a strong independent people. They are free to choose any careers that they wanted in their life with their determination. Working in the government sector as a law enforcer involves different fields such as administrative jobs, investigators, handling emergencies and many more. These various areas provide job opportunities for them that fit their qualifications.
Women are known to be very meticulous and with high attention to every small details. This quality can be helpful during investigations and making sure nothing is missed out when solving a certain case. In addition, they are patient and very organized which make them a gem to any administrative task, which require a lot of patience specially dealing with loads of paperworks and deadline. Moreover, they are also usually calm and that is a key quality to promote peace in order and better judgement to every situation.
In conclusion, there are no constraints to women not to work as a police officer as they have strong qualities that fit this job.
