Nowadays ,women are working in all the sectors ,still there are some gender upper hand opinion available .I fully disagree that women should not be entered in low enforcement agency.
The first reason for supporting intake of women police officer is, currently there is a higher number of rape cases have been registered in our day to day life not only in locally ,this is a most prevalent problem in globally too. As a women officer she can realize and understand the pain of victim, and the victim can express her statement without any hesitation when there is a female officer handling this kind of sensitive cases.
other reason behind this is , security purpose of female victim has been ensured when there is a female staff available in the long arm of the low. some incidents has been reported that, some male staff officer had misbehaved with the female victims once they got a suitable environment. This kind of incidents could be minimize with the availability of female staffs in police sector. Rather than this ,female staffs have been started to giving their best services in all kind of jobs since many years ago. I personally believe that women staffs involvement in work is higher than that of male staff ,thus low enforcement agency too hired female staff to get their valuable service.
In conclusion, women officer in long arm of the low provides more benefits to all especially to female victims and ,thus lady police officer has a great potential to enhance the safety of lady victims .
