Whenever someone is working from their accomodations, they do not have to make a shedule to travel. They do not have to waste their time for a journey to their offices. They are involved in web designing, programming and other works related to internet. Eventhough the work centres are located in developed cities, they ensure their comfort by working from the places, which they find convinient. This clearly states that remote work is significanlty more convinient.

The disadvantage of working online is that it has a malicious effect on our communications with the peope related to our job. Sometimes it gets immensely hard to reach out our colleagues. The reason working online makes a barrier in our interactions is distance. The more the path increases, the more our skills to communicate with our team members decreases. Staffs find it difficult to manage meetings with their leaders physically, which can effect the quality of an employees work negatively. As a result, the staff can also get terminated. To exmplify, a group of teams fail to complete their programming assignment because of improper communications, which is carried out online. Therefore, a good number of employees gets suspended. This shows the bad effects on communications of employees for remote works.

To conclude, doing works from home offers both advantage and disadvantage. While remote work is more convinient, it can be a threat to our interaction skills. Finally, people should decide from their perspectives.
