Nowadays, movies about killers, thieves, and violence become more and more popular. Few think that criminal bahaviour is incouraged by these violent films. I predominantly agree with this view, and the primary purpose of this essay is to illustrate my opinion with several relevant examples.
First and foremost, when someone watches violent filmes frequently, he starts to think that violence is a common thing. Meanwhile, criminal behaviour is completely associated with violence. So, this individual’s behaviour becomes more and more criminal. To examplify, we can take a look at common thieves. All of them are truly violent people, and this violence is a result of frequent watching films about killers and bandits. Another important justification is influence on young generation. In general, all killers in films are high-profile. Due to this, children wants to behave like bandits from violence movies. This results in an increase in the number of offenders.
Exploring the minor viewpoint, one noteworthy argument is that some people find this films unattractive. These individuals see violence in movies, realize that it is a popular problem in modern society. And after that, they start to struggle with violence in humanization and strive to eliminate it for good.
To conclude, although some people can get motivation to eliminate violence in society by violent films, I wholeheartedly agree with the given statement due to some reasons, firstly, people start to think that violence is a normal quality. Secondly, children think that killers from those movies are impressive and outstanding, so they want to become thieves too.
