When the talking is about working life, people are usually dividing into two groups that are work for the samee organization for the rest of their life, and that are always changing work place. Both of these opinions are okay to be and have reasons to exist, but the question is how often and how much are each group happy and successful in sphere.
In the option of work for one and only company on the first view are more pluses then minuses, but all should look deeply. The ability to grow up in familiar and clear boundaries can give stability and usually quite define sallarry. On the other hand, people through ages more and more chose that variant just because in reality earning money is the main thing, among the happiness and peace.
These individuals who chose to work for vibe range of organisations would have two contexts: come from rich family and always have money, or not certain about profession that want to get and would like to choose from all given options. The clear thing is that for second group, it would take many years to chose what they really like and by these time, the economical situation could change, so chosen company would no more be actual and have less salary amount.
To conclude and give own opinion, all comes from personal goals and priorities, because world in general and mindset are changing things and so it’s never lare to choose work and circle of people.
