Doing a part-time job along with studies is a common aspect among students nowadays. Some students feel continuous stress and are unable to take time for education. There are various reasons behind this but this issue can be addressed with some smart choices. My essay depicts the causes and solutions for the same.
Firstly, youngsters prefer working for a few hours to earn their living expenses and tuition fees. Not everyone is elite enough to bear these costs. For example, a plethora of teenagers go abroad from India to do post-graduation in another country. They end up taking educational loans to cover this investment. To support their families and to clear the loan amount prior to their course completion, they begin to earn.
Additionally, some teenagers take up jobs to gain experience and expertise. Exposure to various jobs gives them practical knowledge. Due to the hectic work and physical strain, the youth neglect their studies. They come under a lot of pressure to clear their exams and submit their assignments. Lack of focus and stress leaves them with lower grades.
The above-mentioned concerns can be solved by implementing proper time-management skills. The number of working hours should be limited and constrained to only 2 to 3 days a week and the rest of the time should be spent on the course content. This will let them stay on track and their focus on education will improve their grades. Their earnings will be sufficient till they graduate; after which, they can get into full-time roles.
Finally, the youth should have a timetable in place which they have to strictly adhere to. This will enable them to take out ample time for studies and let them earn simultaneously. Thus, they can avoid last-minute submissions and stay relaxed. Improvement in their learning gets them good opportunities after their graduation.
