A significant number of youngs desire to living in “the busy city life”, leaving the elderly in countryside. This is mainly because of the lack of organisations and population decrease. There are a number of solutions which should be implement the increase of institutions.

Firstly, the reason for the most youth population is deserting rural areas, often most outskirts do not have organisations that they need. For example, in Mongolia, in countryside do not actually have organisations such as musuem, cinema, park and other service provider. In teenage time, teenagers want to do several things with their friends like watching movies, playing on extreme games, going foreign restaurant, etc. However, in rural areas their only game that can play is hide and seek. As a result, adolescents abandoned the countryside. Moreover, in the present day, people actually do not like having a child in early age because of longevity. This led to the population decrease in rural areas. Hence, remained a little youth go to cities to combined others.

There are two effective solutions to this problem. One way to tackle this is urbanisation, construct a buildings and add new activities for young people. By doing this, the youth hesitate to going exhausting big cities. Another method of dealing with the people who do not want a children is government have to implement a strict rules. For example, in 2016, Japanese government enact a law that to choose a spouse for someone as soon as they turn 18. Consequently, the population in Japan slightly increased compared to a decage ago.

In conclusion, regardless of the reasons for youths deserting countyrisde, developing rural areas and authorities’ move can be effective.
