The young generation leaves their hometown country and the old generation stays and lives in the country. This is happening due to the lack of job opportunities in the country and can be solved by creating more job places for young people by the government.
Many young people apply to foreign countries for their master’s degree or even a bachelor’s degree and go abroad to study. There are many job opportunities in foreign countries, so young people don’t want to return to their homeland. They find a better job there with a great salary and start living there. Moreover, the lifestyle and living standards match with the salary they get and it can be easy for them to live without any concern. For example, most Azerbaijani people, especially the young generation go to foreign countries to study and they find a job and stay there, while others face many challenges when they search for a job.
The most realistic solution to prevent young people from leaving their country can be found and done by the government. The government can take several measures to attract their young population to return to their homeland. Firstly, more workplaces can be created and open, especially, in industries where young people are interested in or have skills. With the help of that more people will be attracted to their country with an enormous number of workplaces instead of going abroad. Secondly, the government can increase the salary and make the payment more attractive compared to opportunities abroad. For instance, the government of Japan opened many new workplaces in the technology industry due to the interest of its young population and arranged different training programs to develop their skills.
In conclusion, while most of the young population leave their homeland due to the lack of job opportunities and low salaries they get, old people choose to stay and live in the country.
