The fundamental reason is that they prioritize earning money rather than working passionately. This is because they believe that the fulfilling life depends on financial success. The reasons of this are unsteadily of country’s economic and concern about losing fulfilling life because of money. A research illustrates how serious this problem is in young generation. The analysis conducted by Tokyo University indicated that 68% of people in their 20s are struggling some kind of financial anxious and 4% of them are experiencing depress. Today’s social situation also cause young people to underestimate the demotivating jobs. We recognize decreasing in the number of role models who pursue their career fervently as most young people’s parents expect their children to advance more steadily carrier path.
As a result, decreasing productivity will occur having adverse economic effect on each company’s and national growth rate. Some investigations suggest that we are facing dramatic increase in the number of people in their 20s who meet minimum tasks to only earn money as they themselves lack motivation toward jobs. The explanation for why this is severe issue is what young people contribute directly attribute to company’s growth rate and national economic growth. This social perspective is expanding in a decade. We are in the society which started to recognize young human resources as huge.

Executives are more carefully about young people’s ability such as creativity and their new values. These novel abilities is peculiar to them.
