It is argued that budget of a state should be spent on urgent economical and healthcare problems, while others believe space exploration is more vital for mankind. In my opinion, technological advancement in space should be prioritized as it is essential for our long-term survival and engine of progress.
Admittedly, contemporary life has plenty of issues related to health, income and stress. Those challenges require a huge amount of financial resources and support of the government. From this point of view, investments in cutting-edge devices like James Webb Space Telescope is unjustified luxury. Providing that every country of the world will contribute to our well-being and prevent economical crisis, humankind could successfully tackle and subsequently overcame pressing issues.
However, I firmly believe that space exploration is not an obstacle in overcoming problems on Earth, but a strategic and one of the best solutions to support our life condition as well as undisputed contribution to our distance future life. History shows that solving immediate troubles is not the key to success, but rather an avoidance of responsibility. By expanding our knowledge about planets and relying more on high-tech products we can eventually discover treatments for pressing illnesses, regulate positive situation on Earth and notable improve quality of life.
Despite the fact that expenses on space discovery might be unacceptable for some people, prioritizing those researches will considerably increase every aspect of our life.
