Another interesting factor comes from social media. The situation is dire.
Although stress can easily happen, there are potential measures to handle it. To tackle this problem, not only individuals but also the government should take action seriously. At the government level, people should be informed about what causes and effects of stress are, including how to lessen the level of stress.
