In contemporary society, there exists a notion that students acquire a greater amount of knowledge from their tutors in educational institutions compared to alternative sources like the Internet, libraries, and television.To a certain extent,I admit that teachers have a great support to gain science.However,I also think that online resources can provide a wide range of information about any topics.
On the one hand,I agree that pupils get a lot of knowledge from their teachers.Teaching in university and school by experts is more disciplined.So,they can give deadlines and supervise you that this is able to increase your responsibility.Besides,some topics request practical reviews and some experiments efficiently that shows by teachers.For one thing,most chemistry students have need to do experiment in laboratory.Online learning can create some problems in this field.
On the other hand,in my opinion,learning through online platforms has better aspects that is useful for our education.Firstly,internet gives an opportunity to people who want to acquire knowledge, for getting more information about all contents.Students explore any subject which may not be relevant to the field.Secondly,they can learn not only their country’s training but also other countries’ training.For instance,if they would like to study programming from UK’s teaching,they can find resources easily.Finally,pupils are able to educate in anywhere.Studying at home is more confident for some people.
In conclusion,although I accept that teachers play a crucial role for education in students’ life,I don’t think that it helps them than internet or TV.Online education has more significant advantages.
