Band 6+: Success in life is determined more by hard work than by natural talent.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Consistent deep work is more worthy to become a successful person in life than regular skills inherited from birth. I absolutely agree with this statement because hard work assists you to upgrade your skills and indicates your pros and cons. In the upcoming paragraphs, I will shed light on my points and prove them.

To begin with, splendids amount of work sharpens the method of actions performed to complete any activity. Practicing in a regular basis declines the chances of failure significantly. A task performed earlier gets better when it is repeated. When we work meticulously, our muscle memory is developed. Muscle memory is undeniably useful to execute a process. An increased amount of tasks helps to accquire experiences. With experience gained, knowledge to deal with issues grows noticeably. Knowledge is required to achieve your goals such as financial, relationship or academic achievements. To exemplify, to fulfill your financial dreams people start engaging in massive businesses. To manage a successful startup, a proper planning should be executed. There should be an ongoing procedure. Therefore, statistics is really essential to establish a business. The person willing to run a shop should have the infromation about dealers, products, customers and etc. Finally, skills and knowledge can be relatable, and tremendous work helps to enrich our skills.

Secondly, hard work warns us about our strong and weak sides. Whenever we put effort on doing something, we can easily figure out the areas we are struggling to tackle. After that, we can research about the solutions on that particular problem. There is a scope for discussion with others regarding that issue, which can lead to socialisation also. Socialisation is also a golden pillar of success. For example, a person is a software engineer and he makes numerous programs. Now, he has to develop a program related to banking systems. Here, if he is a hard-working person, he should research about the program continuously. While the person is carrying out the program, he should take suggestions from his colleagues or any other experts, which helps that person to find any lackings in his or her program and eventually fixing it. Therefore, it is clear that sincere work helps us to know our strong sides and weak sides.

In a nutshell, generous amount of work are more important than our natural skills to become successful because it can be used as a tool to use our skills appropriately and know about our conditions. Lastly, people should look more into improving themselves rather than just flexing about their qualities.
