In my opinion, both the government and individuals should take responsibility for solve environmental problems, but government play the most important role. This is because governments can create laws and control large industries which cause the pollution to environment. However, individual actions are still necessary. If people change their daily habits such as saving electricity, reduce plastic, and use public transports, environmental problems can be reduced significantly. additionally, cooperation between governments and people on globals is the best way to protect the environment.
