In recent decades, there are a number of advancements in airline companies to provide decent service for customers. Whether this trend is focused on the upper class has been continuously debated among people. I generally agree with this statement. This essay will discuss this issue by using examples and supporting ideas.
On the one hand, the companies’ reward systems make possible for low-income people to upgrade their class on an airplane. For instance, customers can choose the certain type of service through booking procedure. They can pre-order meals on airplane and book a comfortable seat.
On the other hand, a flight ticket price is comparatively higher than any other option for vehicles. In addition, adding a lounge service or allocating with different types of classes in an airplane makes customers burden-save for charge free travel by car. Thus, it can be said that such advances have aimed at only the upper class rather than considering others, at least because it is profitable for airlines. In conclusion, even though there are some services and advances only for the upper class for regular people, most of them are aimed at upper class customers.
