the only way to reduce traffic jams is to supply people with the free-change of weekly. I partly agree with this statement above.
It must be profitable for people’s budjet when they utilize free public transport. Firstly, they save their money, which is used for fare. Secondly, people do not need to drive their own car if they have a chance to use buses, taxis, trains, or undergrounds for free. This may help decrease traffic congestion in centers. Thirdly, in this developing period, the quantity of vehicles is increasing day by day. Absolutely, it can cause to exceed environmental problems. For example, Tashkent is a place that has the dirtiest air in the world. If we shorten the use of automobiles, it will help to diminish dispersing fumes into air.
However, free public transportation has numerous financial damage for the budget of government, because all of the charges are covered by its budget for instance, fare, driver’s salary and fuel fees. Also, there is another bad point of this issue that all of the public transportation are populous from early morning and till the night. This may cause to loss its convenience and quality. Other minus point is that car factories become bankrupt gradually. As a result of reducing the requirement of private cars, factories have to stop their function. This leads to increase unemployment among the people.
In conclusion, there are some good sides and bad sides of having free public transportation. To my mind, it would be better people to keep a balance for utilizing both public and private vehicles.
