Worker’s motivation have a big impact on how they work and their productivity. Therefore, there is a statement that raising their wages is the greatest solution to make them motivated. I agree with this opinion and believe that there are no other better ways than paying employees higher to keep them motivated on working.
In this day and age, money is everything because everything needs money. We have to pay for our bills, our foods, our dwelling, and many other primary needs so we can’t live without money. And where does this money come from? For workers of course their money comes from companies through salary. So salaries really make a big deal for workers. With a high payment for their job, they could cover their needs. Moreover, there are a lot of unemployed people out there who can replace them at any time and not all companies can pay them high wages, so with this opportunity to get a big salary, they will not waste it to laze around or work carelessly. They will be encouraged and motivated to keep their job and furthermore to get a promotion so they can earn more stipend. Therefore, It can be confirmed that they will give their best performance by doing their task more quickly and more efficiently, giving their greatest idea and thoughts and that is all to get a large amount of earnings. With that big earnings, they can afford holiday and luxury things which can refresh their brain and bring them happiness. They can also experience a high quality of live. And with all of that comfort, they will be ready to face any problems in their works and they will be loyal to the company in every situation.
In conclusion, personnel’s motivation really depends on how much is their charge, the bigger their payout is the bigger their motivation to be more responsible for the company. In the end, lifting up their wages is the greatest idea to make them inspired and no other solutions is good as much as this idea.
