Decreasing younger crimes is to educate their mother and father with essential skill is the best way, i quite agree with this point of view.
On the one hand, parents and children are always in a good relationship, they can be the closest friends with their kids. So if they have skills in education, their children will enjoy the best education from them. Especially, youngers are mirrors of their parent, due to the fact when the mom or dad has a good personality, their child will be like that. For example, my friend- my neighbor who is a nice, lovely girl in everyone’s eyes, and her mother is also a exemplary teacher in school.
However, not only does parents” education affect their children, but also the surrounding environment affects them. And some children are not willing to hear what parents want to say. They are easily influenced by peer pressure and use alcohol or drugs to become cooler. For example, in many high schools in Vietnam, the use of alcohol and drugs is increasing because of the negative effect of the peer pressure. This is why we need to increase awareness among young people in all aspects to reduce the possibility of becoming criminals.
In conclusion, the best way to reduce youth crimes is to educate them in both enviroment in harmony.
