Firstly, in January by telephone was the highest one ( approximately 900) in requests for information, second one was by letter or email ( close to 750) and the least one was in person with approximately 420 thousand. In the following month ( February) by telephone declined exactly 800 thousand, by letter or email did not change a lot it decreased by relatively 700 thousand and at the end of this month lowest one in person rocketed to absolutely 600 thousand. In March the number of telephone calls increased to truly 1000, in person climbed to exactly 800 thousand and got second place in the line graph, third one by letter or email remained the same from February to march.
