The pie charts compare the percentages of customer service ratings at Parkway Hotel between 2005 and 2010
It is clear that the highest percentage of customer service ratings was in the Good category over the scale of services. By contrast, the percentage of services significantly decreased over the five years for satisfactory ratings.
In terms of reviews, the percentage of good ratings from customer service was around 14% in 2005, and this figure increased to 39% in 2010, a significant change of almost 25 percentage points in the customer services scale over the 5-year period. Similarly, there was an increase of nearly 23%response rate from 100 guests between 2005 and 2010.
On the other hand, Parkway Hotel’s 100-guest reviews were highly decreased at about 45% in 2005; five years later, the review rate dramatically decreased to nearly 17% in the mentioned year. However, there were also two other categories that decreased on the scale of guests reviews; these were comparatively lower at 21% and 15%, and fell by about 12% and 4% from 2005 to 2010, respectively.
