Band 5+: The crime rate, in most countries, is often higher in urban areas than in rural areas. Why do you think that is? What can be done to reduce the crime rate?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

The criminal rates was lower in the previous era however, it has been enhanced day by day. The Majority of crime is committed in the cities rather than rural areas. This has many reasons which can be reduced by feasible solutions. I will elaborate on my opinion in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Offender rates have increased because of many problems. Firstly, in the urban areas the cost of products is much higher than in the village sides, which can lead to economical inequalities between the people. As a consequence, humans take steps to gain more wealth by committing crimes. According to a survey, 55% of crime is happened because of poverty, which leads to family problems. The bulk of aggressive children and sense of lazziness and selfishness are more prone to embark in the crime routes. This might lead to either they are bullying by their friends and may be forced by their friends.

Culprite rates can be solved by taking small steps. Governments can take initiative steps by not only arranging campaigns to motivate people but also diminishing the economic states by deciding on minimum wage. Moreover, campanies can proviode more vaccances in their jobs as a results, employeers gain salary and stay away from negative thoughts. Furthermore, by adding subjects in the school and impart awarness and knowledge from the childhood to stay away from crime. Furthermore, Government can make the laws agiant the criminals so, before taking negative steps criminal think twice.

In recapitulations, i tend to deem that crime rates cane be controlled by sprading awarness and making strict punishments agianst the criminal. Child can be fostered by their parents and professers to stay postitive.
