In this day and age, there are a challenge in distinguishing truth form falsehood as the infomation dissemination of the digital age. In this essay, I would evaluate some of the reasons leading to this problem before proposing some effective solution to handle its implications.
There is one reason to explains why it hard to identify benificial and problematic infomation. In the past, people usually acquired news and information from paper or articles, which were verified and supervised mostly by the government. However, with the advandcement of technologies, it is easy for individuals to update themselves with new information as there have a lot news parties which can freely spread news on the internet. Unfortunately, the government finds it difficult to filter out all the false content and consequnetly, residents might receive both official news and fake news at the same time, making it problematic to differentiate the truth from falsehood.
Dispite the severity of such an issue, the collaboration between the governmwnt and all the internet user could effectively reduce the speard of misìnormation in digital platforms. It is essensial to have a strong human resources management to monitor and supervise online information. Moreover, the budget would be take into consideration to creat a sustainable solution. Therefore, it is recommended to build a specialized team to regulaly check and vertify the contents on the Internet
In conclusion, because of the lack in filtering misinformation from government, individuals find it hard to distinguish the truth and falsehood. This problem could be limit by the coordination between government and Internet users to construct a healthy enviroment in the digital age.
