As a result, some believe that exploring other planets could provide alternative solutions for humanity in the future. Moreover, space research has already led to technological innovations that are used in everyday life, including communication systems and medical equipment. For instance, private companies led by figures such as Elon Musk are heavily investing in space exploration in anticipation of future global challenges.
On the other hand, critics argue that spending public money on space exploration is unjustified when many serious problems on Earth remain unresolved. Governments have a responsibility to use taxpayers’ money to improve living conditions and ensure public safety.
