Some people believe that governments should allocate more resources to teaching science over other subjects to foster national development. In my point of view, I agree with proponents advocating greater investment in science education by the following reasons.

Many studies have shown that, despite not being immediately, foundation in scientific will help individuals with critical thinking and problem-solving skills crucial to face withglobal challenges. For example, in countries such as Singapore and South Korea, where focus on STEM education, remarkable technological advancements have improved economic growth and societal progress. Therefore, it will be a grave mistake to overlook the fact that nurturing a scientifically literate population bolsters a nation’s capacity for innovation and development.
On the other hand, some objectors disagree crucial subjects in favor of science. This belief could be attributed to the fact that a narrow focus on science might overlook the value of a well-rounded education encompassing arts, humanities, and social sciences. This holistic approach fosters creativity, empathy, and a deeper understanding of societal complexities. However, this perspective, while valid, overlooks potential solutions to this issue.
