The administration should pay each citizen a minimum revenue to have sufficiently currency to live, even if they are jobless. This essay partly disagrees that every person who is partially able to take money from government. Not all person needs help, and may have enough money for their basic consumption, when some unemployed, ill and poor people are not able to work. In my opinion, an administration should give money only to those who needs it.
In my point of view, people who work and have middle or high income, capable to pay rent or buy house, eat in home or in restaurant etc. Accordingly, these people have enough resources to live and do not require help from others, and giving money to middle-statistic citizen for live is illogical, because these persons have their own money. Instead of this, ministers could allocate resources from budget to those who really needs it. For example, numerous countries, such as, US, South Korea and Kazakhstan, practice to pay living wage for vulnerable groups of population.
Moreover, increasing number of joblessness indicates how many people could not buy essential goods for living, because finding work is becoming more challenging. In other words, these group of people are able to take unemployment benefits from government. Consequently, administration should give financial assistance, until individuals discover jobs and take first salary, and the cost of benefits must be living wage to have recourses to pay bills. To illustrate, the Kazakhstan government gives unemployment benefits, which costs $150, to each citizen who registered as jobless individual, furthermore, administration helps with finding job.
To conclude, government should give population a basic income so that they have enough resources to live on, and it is important if they are unemployed.
