The graph shows the total percentage of films released and the total percentage of ticket sales in 1996 and 2006 in a country. It is known that if there are more films they there would be more ticket sales because they are linked with together. As a result if a produce less films there would be less tickets statistically althought it can be higher if the films are very popular at that time. By analyzing the graphs we can say that in every sector there is more films and ticket sales in 2006 than 1996. Between the sectors by film released, 9% in drama has increased, 5% in comedy, 4% in fantasy and it has been remained same in romance sector. In cinema ticket sales, 2% has increased in drama, 3% increased in comedy, 5% in fantasy and romance films seems to be having less interest as it is the only sector that has less ticket sales than 1996 and has dropped 3% in 2006. By this graph, we can also say some other fact about people watching films which are
– People were more into Romance during the period of 1996-2006 and the tickets were also decreasing which means people was less interested in romance in 2006 than 1996.
-The top leading sectors are Drama and Comedy which are dominating in the ticket sales. Their production has been also increasing during the period.
-Fantasy films are the 3rd largest sector in the industry and people has shown much more interest in these kind of films as fas as the information we got from the ticket sales graph
