The illustration displays the process of cement and concrete production using various equipment’s to be used for construction.
Overall, the 6 step process begins with the crushing of limestone and clay and ends with the production of concrete to be used for building. This is achieved by mixing a various raw materials that is then mixed using a concrete mixer.
The cycle begins with combining limestone and clay that is then crushed into powder, then mixed together inside a mixer, the product is then transferred to a rotating heater which introduces heat to the substance, before being grinding to create cement. The cement is then packed in a bags.
Concrete is made up of half gravel, quarter of sand, 10% of water and 15% cement, respectively. All of these are added together in a cylindrical drum and rotated until concrete is yielded. The product is ready to use for building purposes.
