The increase of people’s life expectancy forced people to work till older ages in order to pay for their retirement. Some people believe that working from very younger age can be a solution of this issue. I am with the opinion and I will discuss the positive sides in the detailed manner.
Earning from early age give a person financial freedom which give him or her the opportunity to save money for their retirement. this give them a edge over others those who did not start working at a younger age in terms of ensuring financially secured life. This young workers can easily move to grab good career opportunity because they are not fully resposible for taking care of their family. This is why they can easily grab any higher pay package earily.
Working from younger age help a person to be expert in any field of work which ultimately help that person to step up quickly in the career lader. The main reason is the more a person experienced the more become efficient in his or her work which make that person irreplaseable for the company and the salary rises. At the same time, companies really want to recruit younger employees because they are more efficient then older employees. So, companies invest on them without any doubt. For this reason younger people have huge opportunity to chose their career and the availablility of jobs are huge.
To sum up, rising the life expectancy of people pressurizing them to work till their retirement. Working from early age can be a positive alternative of it, because it giving opportunity to save money earlier, freedom to move career, help to be expert and give career security.
