Recently, there has been some changes in airlines and tickets. The reduction in the cost of plane tickets give every individuals the opportunity such as travelling aboard. Although it is considered as positive development, others feel that it is negative development. In this essay, I will discussion both views on this argument and present my personal opinion.
To begin with, since the cost of air tickets has been lower, the increaseing number of people made a plan to visit the foreign countries. This trend enable people to boarden their horizons in various ways. When people explore different places, they will gain more knowledge about the region explored. Moreover, it is likely that they meet different people so that they can learn about their language and culture. This will definetely improve their knowledge. For example, with the lower price of plane tickles, in order to widen and enchance more knowledge and better understanding, people in Western countries intend on travelling places where they have never been to.
Despite the advantages, the opponents state that there are some issues associated with travelling on plane too oftenly. It can create some environmental problems such as noise and air pollution. When people board the plane and the plane is about to ascend, the sound of the engine running is too loud and nosiy which can lead to the loss of hearing. In addition, regarding the air pollution, the flying plane run on the fossil fuels and gas namely carbon dioxide which in turn, lead to pollutants in air. For instance, according to recent research, the cause of noise and air pollution involves the habitat of people travelling on plane and deteriorate the environment.
In conclusion, although there are two sides on the argument of the decline in plane tickets and travelling, in my opinion, this is totally positive trend. This can provide the people with the chance of exploring different regions and culture which in turn resulting people in a wider range of knowledge.
