In the current societal landscape, working from home is more beneficial as compared to working in an office is a phenomenon that is commonly witnessed among a diverse population. I firmly agree with this viewpoint, as working from home is convenient, productive, and holds other potential benefits that could be realised upon its implementation.
To begin with, one major advantage of remote work significantly enhances efficiency. Online working not only boosts productivity by offering a flexible environment it also reduces the traveling time and money. For example, before working from home, I spent nearly two hours every day, which only only caused me fatigue but also required transport expenses. By shifting to a home-based setup, I can invest that time towards my work. As a result, this pattern of employment provides both financial and organisational benefits.
Furthermore, another significant benefit is a suitable environment. While working from home allows individuals to find their own place to work. For instance, a study shows that most people are changing their employment because of the workplace environment, whereas at home they can find the appropriate area for work. Moreover, it facilitates people to effectively manage their personal and professional lifestyles. Especially, women can take care of their child while managing their career. This can provide them substantial opportunity to balance life. Therefore, online working has become common, successful, and affordable.
In summary, Contemporary society has increasingly recognized the value of virtual work as it offers more time, productivity, and flexibility. From my vantage point, it has merits.
