One of the most conspicuous trends of today’s world is the colossal upsurge in information revolution in mass communication. Some people claimed that the information revolution has changedthe way of mass communications and had some bad and good effects on individuals lives, while others reject the notion and pointed out that it has some drawbacks. In this essay, I shall represent some relevant examples and explanations before conveying a logical verdict.

To commence with, there are a number of reasons why I am in favor of above-mentioned statement. The most preponderant one not only includes it’s positive effects but also counts it’s negative effects. Another vital aspect related to the description is that it changed the way of communication. It enhances the knowledge and skill. It accesses the information in just few seconds. It brings connectivity in distant relationships. According to research, more than ninety percent of participants acknowledged the merits showered by information revolution in mass communication.

On the other hand, the disadvantages of the declaration are not limited but also comprise that it reduces face to face interaction. It spreads misinformation. It brings anxiety among people. People waste their time in scrolling of social media.

In conclusion, while there are several legitimate comcerns on both sides of the fence regarding mass communication. I firmly believe that all these points stand in a good stead as far as this trend in concerned.
