Online services have changed the method of how data is exchanged and consumed. However, this also developed challenges that did not exist earlier than. This essay will discuss some issues and solutions to mitigate those problems.
To start with, one aspect of the challenge could be mentioned as a number of scientists have shown that in recent years there have been significant changes in information patterns. As a result, one trend seems to become more and more common. Referring to some potentially negative outcomes of that tendency, some evidence indicates that the internet has transformed the way details are shared. The main reason is that, currently, individuals mostly use unreliable sources for getting information. Whereas, nobody can deny that it is exceedingly difficult to get rid of this entirely.
However, some scientists who deem the situation worrying may suggest that governments should control the questionable websites and users. Of crucial importance is how to define the matter in question. It is often said that to solve this problem, authorities should strengthen a cyber system and protect individuals’ confidential details. Although social and economic dimensions of effects are distinct, they are more closely interrelated than other dimensions. Nevertheless, it is necessary to take into account all the details of each individual case.
From my point of view, the proposed solutions are reasonable, as it follows from my own experience, for I am a cyber system engineer. Although, an attitude to this issue may always depend on a particular occupation and academic qualifications.
