The maps give information on the art gallery ground floor as it has been since 2015 and how it has been changed .
Overall,it is clear that this exhibition hall has undergone a number of changes,the most striking of which is the addition of numerous innovative rooms and infrastructure. These adjustments help the art gallery enhance the experience for visitors there,especially those with disabilities.
Looking first at two sides of the maps, there was the Cafe at the top-western corner of the ground floor,but it has been converted into a Gallery shop. Beside the new Gallery shop,the Gallery office also has been turned into a vending machine. The Exhibition room 4 at the bottom-southwestern corner of the hall has been separated into two smaller rooms, including a temporary exhibition and a children’s area. By contrast to the aforementioned modifications, the east side of the building has stayed unchanged.
Turning to the remaining side,the stairs and the reception area have been relocated. The stairs have been moved slightly westwards to make room for constructing a lift,while the reception area has been removed closer to the front of the entrance hall. Notably,the ramp has been built to improve the access for people with disabilities in this area.
