Band 6+: The money given to help poor countries does not solve the problem of poverty, so rich countries should give other types of help instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Helping a poverty country has been an endless discussion for many years and it is commonly believed that worthy countries should provide financial help. However, opponents disagree and prefer another type of support, which is necessary for enacting new habits. In my essay, I will discuss both arguments, and I would like to contribute with my agreement, on why it is important to teach countries being not independent from others.

The polarizing opinion of proponents provides a more comfortable way of money. However, a financial injection has a short-term impact. For example, the extra budget should be used to feed a hungry population for one year. But, what will happen with them next year? Instead of this type of help, they need more constructive solutions, which will contribute to a sustainable future, such as implementing working habits, and food, which will be strong and resist adverse conditions.

Controversially, critics argue that financial support has to help establish a working place on the land, which should ban the starving population. For instance, heavy-duty cars, help dig for a clean source of water. Water is wealthier than gold in dry countries because everything is dependent on it. If you have a source of water, you can build businesses, such as food chains, and people will be never hungry again. Thus, they should produce food not just for themselves, moreover, they can feed a worldwide population with fruits, which is dependent on the Sun.

In conclusion, I am sitting on the fence, because without money it is impossible to help poor countries, however, it is necessary to reinvest this money and create something which should help them in long-term, not just in one season. In my opinion, when you want to see a significant impact you have to implement constructive strategies, which teach the population how to adopt new rules and incorporate new technology.

There is a view that well-off countries should provide poorer countries with other types of opportunities to resolve their issues rather than allocating money itself.
