The percentage of people at risk of major health issues due to obesity is growing.This issue is due to sedentary lifestyle and high-calorie intake ,both of which can be solved in 2 different ways.
One main reason for the growing number of people facing serious health risks because of excess weight is a sedentary lifestyle.Many people lack physical activity and don’t maintain an active lifestyle,which therefore leads to being overweight.For instance,office workers often sit for 8+ hours daily in front of computers without a proper exercise routine.Another cause is high-calorie intake,especially from fast food and sugary drinks.Consuming more calories than needed causes excessive weight gain.Both lack of physical activity and big amount of calorie consumption are the causes of high body mass.
There are two options for solving obesity.Firstly,individuals should have a regular exercise regimen,such as walking or cycling for at least 30 minutes daily.This structured plan will help burn excess calories and improve overall fitness.Secondly,individuals should maintain a balanced diet by limiting processed foods and sugar.Having a balanced diet which includes proteins,fiber and vegetables is important for moderating calorie intake .This solutions will help decrease the percentage of obesity.
In conclusion,the majority of people suffering from being overweight experience this due to exceeding calorie intake and minimal physical activity,which can be solved by balanced nutrition and routine of physical activities.With these steps,unhealthy body weight problems will most likely drop.
