Nowadays, the job market exhibits a significant conflict between the old workers and the young ones. This essay initially shows the consequences of phenomena such as the rising of unemployment, and the unsatisfied of worker in different generations which can be solved by giving more policies of the government and companies.

The increasing dismissal is the main issues brought on by the competition of the elderly and the young in employment. Technology skyroketing evolute is the main reason the elder person being fired by their their inability to keep up with the pace of technological development, while the younger generation is considered to be the best choice for technology-related companies. Additionally, being underrated leads to the unsatisfied of old worker in their company. There are various figures show that the consequence of generational conflict in working environment is dissatisfaction and disunity towards colleagues and companies across both age groups.

Providing new regulations and policies to promote harmony and understanding between the two generations by government and business is a potential solutions to these issues. The state should promulgate fair recruitment policies for both old and young people. At the same time, businesses should create opportunities for employees to build good relationships at work, freely share difficulties or seek help, and regularly exchange and give constructive feedback to create become a united group.

In conclusion, the confliction of different generations in employment is one of the challenges that we face, and it can lead to heavy consequences include: unemployment inscease and job dissatisfaction. However, we can create generational balance by providing many policies suitable for today’s workers.
