Some people think that expenditure on restoration of old manufacturers should be allocated on development of road systems and building new apartments. I support with this notion since growing number of population demands shelter and enhanced highway infrastructure benefits individuals more than rebuilt constructions.
With the increasing number of people our planet becoming denser, requiring more households to live. It means that more funding is needing in order to provide residents with apartments. For example, money that could be spent on rebuilding of one construction can cover funding of more accommodations, supplying fundamental necessities of humans. Despite the fact that old buildings reflect our past, enlarging our knowledge about the history, they cannot make available living space that is necessary for individuals.
Moreover, with the advent of various transportation systems people are in dire need of roadway upgrading. Compared to the past, humans now use vehicles, such as cars, trucks and vans, which are requiring proper transportation network. Otherwise, it would be impossible to move between cities which is important to logistic companies, tourists and just ordinary people. For instance, for people who need medical care, the benefit of road infrastructure is vital than restored constructions.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that money spent on housing and highway development is more important than on building restoration because of the growing population and the improved transportation system.
