In the future, artificial intelligence will revolutionize the working life of some jobs. I clearly agree that some work has been destroyed because of current technologies. The key aspect discussed is that AI is getting smarter and more automatic and can perform many tasks that were once done by hand.
First and foremost, the most effective benefit is that AI is productivity and scale. With this in mind, AI is more powerful, which could handle huge volumes of work than a human. As an example, AI has already started to work as a waiter, a delivery person, and an assistant in a service organization in China. Admittedly, it can’t replace all jobs and can’t think creatively like a human. For instance, work like teaching, therapy, counseling, and caregiving requires emotions and empathy -AI lacks this.
It is worth pointing out that we are also able to reconfigure if there is any problem, which means we can take control of it. To demonstrate, when something goes wrong appears we would diagnose and troubleshoot it. This is one of the prime benefits of it. Also, they can assist us by facilitating some work. Even though humans will always be needed to design, train, supervise, and enhance their system.
One could draw the conclusion that AI could substitute some jobs, especially those that are repetitive or involve productivity. Moreover, there can be no doubt that modern technologies can be used as an alternative to some jobs, as well as simplify our work and give us more time to work on more beneficial work.
