There are plenty of elements which encourage employees to stay in the workplace and their salary is the most essential factor. Although the wage is the obvious benefit of doing so, I partially disagree with this perspective because workers have various reasons to remain in the workforce for a long time.
On the one hand, companies often attract candidates by their biggest salary when they keep their job due to the pros of money. First and foremost, with workers who have stress about their finances, the income will be one primary element to stay in. They can feel comfortable to pay for everything they want such as wide accommodation, beautiful clothes, delicious food,…Additionally, the employees can be evaluated by the wage. For instance, in Viet Nam, the enterprises often review income’s staff every six or twelve months, namely the value of staff will be presented by money earned.
On the other hand, I believe that companies have many different methods to keep their human resources. For example, a good opportunity for career development will be another advantage. The majority of students or internships opt to apply for vacancies which can help them gain their aim. Furthermore, the relaxing work environment is one of the benefits for workers. They have plenty of motivation to do this place, consequently they will effectively and quickly handle tasks.
In conclusion, although money is essential to a certain extent in this day and age, the factors without money still play a more significant role in the profession path. As a result, I think that the most crucial element to motivate employees to work harder that depends on their purpose.
