People have different opinions about whether art can be created by anyone or only by individuals with special talents. While some believe that artistic activities are accessible to everyone, others argue that creating art requires unique abilities

On the one hand, many people believe that art is a way for everyone to express themselves. People can show their feelings, experiences, and ideas through painting, poetry, or music. Moreover, modern technology has made creating art much easier and more accessible. There are many digital tools, online courses, and mobile apps that help beginners learn artistic skills without formal training. As a result, people from different backgrounds can take part in art and enjoy being creative.

On the other hand, some people believe that good art needs natural talent and strong skills. Not everyone has the same abilities, and some people are more creative, imaginative, or sensitive to music than others. Also, becoming really good at art usually takes many years of practice and hard work. Although anyone can draw a picture or write a poem, making a masterpiece that truly touches people often needs both natural talent and proper training. Well-known artists are respected not only for their feelings in their work but also for their strong technical skills.

In conclusion, everyone is able to make art because creativity is something all people have. However, creating very impressive artworks often needs a mix of natural talent, interest, and regular practice. So, even though art is for everyone, the best results usually come from people who improve their skills through hard work.
