One of the essential topics that has been brought into focus is the car using. Many people believe that the more car increase, the more effect on people health’s and lead to global warming. The purpose of this essay is to give some solutions to deal with this phenomenon.

First of all, the government should make more stringent rules to reduce the number of people who use private cars and substitute many old vehicles such as buses or trains. To solve these problems, the governments may support finance for the replacement of many outdated transportations with new ones. Besides that, they can improve the public transport facilities and have several policies to encourage them use public transport. There is no doubt that if they enhance the quality of public transport, many people will become satisfied to use them. For example, the government can give a reasonable cost of public transport for many residents to use it. On the other hand, maybe many public transports become overload in the peak time. Take Japan as an illustration, a large number of people use the subways in the rush hours that can lead to some bad consequences like pickpocketing.

Furthermore, the authorities can increase the cost of private car or fossil fuels, which can be a good choice to reduce the effect on the environment. For instance, when many people compare the different of prices in their travelling, they will choose the cheaper such as buses or trains instead of their private cars. As a result, the large number of residents tend to use public transport in their trips that can reduce the smoke from their private cars and contribute to protect the environment. In contrast, increasing the fuel charges may lead to the depression on other fields, especially the inflation.

In conclusion, I believe that the government should give some solutions that I mentioned in this essay to tackle these problems. From my point of view, I think many solutions should be done all over the world to much more effective.
