Band 4+: There is a lot of pressure on young people today to succeed academically. As a result, some people believe that non-academic subjects, such as physical education and cookery, should be removed from the school syllabus so that children can concentrate on academic work.

Today, many students feel stressed because they must get good grades.Because of this people was thingking to delete the lesson which is not worth it in lesson like sports and cookery so students can focus on main subject such as Mathematics,Physics, and etc.

I agree with this opinion to delete some lesson which is not on academic because,I think that lesson is just elective subject eventhough it is deleted some students who still want to join it can follow it as a extracurricular in the school which one is not required for all of pupils I reckon this statement is more effective for the students who have to focus on academic to finished their education without any distractions.

Furthermore, subject like sports and cookery is not the lesson which is required the way of thinking as Mathematics and another lesson.in addition those lessons result usually is not included as though lessons are counted results of academic in some schools.

However, there is a disadvantage for this statement for students who do not like sports or physical activities will have a bad activities. They will not doing exercise so that will cause unhealthy life because, they used to not doing physical activities and also will cause obesity for students and other adverse effects.

Finally, the option for deleting those lessons is good because students can focus on their main lesson as academic subject but teachers and others staff in school must paying attention to their students especially who does not like to do some exercise to avoid the disadvantages of this option and then students can get better grades and also have a good activities beside studying.
