Currently, a large number of people have their own laptops and smartphones, so it is quite simple for them to do their work from home. However, I consider, that in this technological era, working from home have outweighs the benefits.

For instance, firstly, the individuals do not need to travel to the office or workplace. As a result, they do not face traffic problems and they do not go through any hurdles such as crowds. Secondly, individuals spend most of their time with family members. As a result, the bond of interaction and love between them becomes stronger. Moreover, if they can run various businesses at the same time because they receive all the data through computers and mobile phones. As a result, they are aware of their income and the problems in different areas. Additionally, the weather does not affect work or job when you are doing it from home, Such as the rainy weather or cold weather.

On the other hand, working from home has some drawbacks too. Firstly, there is isolation from colleagues, a lack of professionalism, and a loss of opportunities for advancement. Because when the individuals are working from home through their laptops and smartphones, there is no supervision from their superiors. Additionally, there is a lack of communication with other colleagues for those working from home. They do not have interaction with other people in the company, making their jobs harder. Because if they face any problem, there would be no one to help them.

In the conclusion, it is common for people to work at home in this technological era, by using smartphones and laptops. This essay explored some of the pros and cons of working at home. In my opinion, the working at home has more benefits.
