The inclusion of physical activity(PA) lessons in school curricula has been controversial topic for many years, with proponents arguing for its positive influence for youth, while opponents claim that it disturbs from studying effectively academic education. In my assertion, sporting activities are playing crucial role in the way of students being fit and have a good health condition.

On the one hand, day by day it is becoming common to remote of PA classes on the way of providing an opportunity to improve other general subjects: math, physics, art and so on. However, opponents of sports activities posit that deleting this classes at all can impact on health condition of students, and leads to diseases such as obesity. Moreover, it is scientifically proven that people must have to take a break between the tasks and lessons in order to clarify their mind. Students not only mentally but also physically cannot sit during the whole day by learning and exploring something new, so the PA lessons at school are given not only for health condition, but other goal is to reset their brain and mindset, to communicate and learn how to play in the group.

On the other hand, proponents of teaching only academic education in schools have several reasons to not include it in public school curricula. While it is true that sporting activities are not going to be helpful throughout their lifetime. However, it must be noted that approximately everything that we are doing: running in order to be on time somewhere, jump to open the window which is located higher, walking, and other movements are also activities. Furthermore, it is vital to effectively study at school for our future life, to enter university.

I contend that studying impulsively, in order to achieve success in any sphere, there are no lines that physical activities put. In other word, people should study smarter not harder, and having sporting activities once a week cannot be the cause.

In conclusion, I argue that studying PA lessons are necessary to promote our health, team-building, fit, as well as to construct an adequate condition for academic esucaiton,
