Currently, in some countries, the use of insects as a source of food is considered a common occurrence. Although many people accept this as normal, others note that it has a negative impact on nature and the human body. It should be borne in mind that although insects are an option as a source of food in certain situations, in most cases they inevitably cause certain problems.

On the one hand, food shortages caused by human growth force citizens to use additional food sources. In addition, they think that this should become a normal food source. So, here, people compare the use of insects to using them instead of regular cow or chicken meat. For example, in China and Japan, eating various insects is like eating normal food for them. This has even become so simple that it attracts tourists.

On the other hand, the use of insects can affect the massive decline of grain crops, which is a reason for the increase in scarcity. So, insects destroy some pests that damage crops, if this process does not occur, grain growth will gradually decrease. Also, science has not determined how beneficial or harmful insects will be to humans. Thus, the number of people with asthma in Japan has increased compared to other countries and previous years. However, the reason for this is still unknown.

To sum up, eating insects does more harm than good. And its danger to nationals should be seriously investigated by the state and, if permitted, the state should allow the mass consumption of insects
