If the university provides the students with some job skills, a large number of students prefer to continue their academic education so they can become more productive workers in the future. On the other hand, there are two major skills that play an important role in students’ job future because most employers seek out these skills in new workers. First, team working can be crucial for working better and having the ability to work with other workers can lead to working efficiently. Second, being familiar with international languages is another important factor for the worker to develop. Development of technology is inevitable and to learn new methods, a master can learn new methods and approach through their interest. The various information and good sources of information on the internet are provided in English. Therefore, being familiar with English can be a significant key to being up to date and improving an individual’s abilities.
In conclusion, it is necessary for universities to provide students with job skills and be familiar with the international language and the capability to work with teams, the two major skills that employers seek out for them in new employees.
