Nowadays, technology influences every part of our lives. It greatly impacts our daily routines, making tasks that once seemed difficult much easier. Technology plays a crucial role in the development of countries, and it’s hard for anyone to imagine a world without it. It’s clear that advancing technology has many positive aspects; however, it also has its downsides.
I believe that technology increasingly damages customs and traditions day by day, particularly among the younger generation. Teenagers are deeply engaged with technology, which often leads to forgetting traditional practices. They show less interest in traditional skills because they can find easier alternatives through technology. Furthermore, the development of technology and the introduction of new products can lead to the decline of various jobs, as machines and software replace human labor.
On one hand, technology enables easy communication between people, making life more convenient. However, this convenience can come at a cost. Family traditions are slowly fading as people spend less time meeting face to face. This trend damages the customs and cultural heritage of our countries. Many people’s lives now depend heavily on technology, which is a primary factor in the changing nature of traditions. This is a common issue faced by countries around the world.
Some people believe that there’s nothing we can do to stop this trend and that it is pointless to try to keep traditions alive. On the other hand, many recognize that traditional skills and customs are essential components of our national identity, and thus, we must strive to preserve them. In conclusion, technology has both positive and negative effects on society. In my opinion, we should not allow modern life and technology to overshadow our traditional skills and customs.
