The salary plays a crucial role when a person is choosing a job. I completely agree with this statement. The main reasons are that job difficulty should correspond to the salary and salary should be enough to provide a person financially.
There are several reasons why I agree with this statement. One of them is the challenges of job should match the salary. In other words, the chosen job should correspond to the salary in all aspects. Particularly, it should match with working hours, work security, conditions and its difficulties. In that case, companies are able to place strong demands on employees when they are provided with all the necessary things. As a consequence, both the quality of job and the number of skilled workers will increase. For example, the most of flight attendants prefer long-term employment unless the risk of the work. Because working condition and the salary of aviation industry are corresponded to the workers. However, working in the aviation industry requires strong communication skills, patience and involve a certain level of risk.
In addition to job difficulties should correspond to the salary, there is another reason why I agree with this statement. The salary should be enough to support a person financially. That is to say, the money that given by the company should support enough a person financially along with the workers should be able to build their future with this salary. As a result, employees will feel a sense of job satisfaction. For instance, the salary fails to provide the monthly commuting cost in Tashkent in certain jobs such as call operator. Their salary is about 2 million to 2.5 million and it does not correspond to current prices. Moreover, it cannot cover personal expenses.
In conclusion, I fully agree with this statement. The major reason is the salary should correspond to job difficulties. Additionally, the salary should cover personal expenses, at least.
