In today’s world, many people believe that salary plays a crucial role in choosing a job. I partly agree with this idea as other aspect such as job satisfaction and working conditions are equally important.
To begin with, people always look for the decent salary once they apply for the job due to maintaining comfortable and luxury lifestyle.Particularly, for getting a raise, people face severe problems in demanding jobs as they requires work with dozens of responsibilities and energy and also with grueling schedules.Well-paid employees, however, can afford better housing, healthcare, shopping and other facilities so that working to get a high salary offers only benefits. In modern societies, it is one of the most qimportant things since what workers seek is the assurance of stable income in order to earn a living, because life in majority of countries costs expensive.
Nevertheless, salary is not only crucial factor in choosing a job. When people are in the way to make a decision about their future job, they need to consider a not only a competitive salary, but also working conditions and satisfaction for them. If people detest their job and get stress, even a high income will not guarantee satisfaction.People, for example, quit the rewarding jobs because they did not like them and jobs were the reason for stress and had an adverse impact on people’s well-being.
In conclusion, salary is undoubtedly important in choosing a job, however, personal interest or working environments also have an essential role in it.
